Le Boat gave us a nice, large boat for a group of 8. There were a few small problems, including bikes that developed flat tires, a sledge hammer with a bad handle that made hammering stakes difficult, and an electrical breaker problem that caused lights not to work for several hours. However, overall the canal cruise went as planned and everyone was pleased. The galley is very functional and roomy for a boat. The deck at the top was a nice place for everyone to relax. When we brought the boat back to a Le Boat base, the breaker issue and the bikes were fixed (although there was another bike flat tire later). The people in France were very friendly, and the wine and food were excellent. We are very sorry to learn about the flooding in Trebes that happened soon after we left! Nice boat! It was very easy to maneuver thanks to bow and stern thrusters. Great galley too.

Overall, very good. Service and support couldn't be faulted. Mattresses on the boat could have done with 'freshening up'. Not a major issue though. Met all our needs. Very comfortable boat.

Everything was top class and they even arraigned for free transport to get to the boat. They had everything ready and there training was thorough. The boat was big and perfect just as we expected. Perfect trip for 6 adults, the boat was plenty big enough. Even en suite bedrooms.

It was all good. Some small niggles due to a lack of attention to detail. The weave was too cold to use the bridge, especially the wind which was unfortunate but it was early season. Enjoyable and enlightening experience

The booking team were very responsive and helpful with all of our queries and requests. We received great service on arrival/boarding the boat in Port Cassafieres and Zack gave us a great induction session to ensure we were confident with handling the boat. The itinerary was great and easily done over the 7 nights. Due to a lot of the smaller towns being very quiet we did deviate and went to Narbonne for a couple of days in search of a bit more activity. The boat was great - very easy to drive/navigate and was comfortable with 7 of us on board. We were pleased to have selected the option with the generator, so no issues with electricity throughout the night. The showers were always hot and the kitchen well equipped. We would have liked to have some spare towels as it did get tricky trying to keep everything dry over the couple of rainy days we had. Extra dish towels in the kitchen would also be helpful as well as some more basic cleaning equipment e.g. mop. Although we selected the full clean at the end of the trip, we did end up having to use bath mats to keep the floors clean/dry during the week.

I acknowledge they are busy getting the boat ready to go but they have to be my diligent on spending more time on driving the boat. Also fix up wardrobes. Make sure all accessories are there eg glasses, scourers, mugs. Fantastic boat needed some superficial work
