Everything was great from start to finish. Beauty at every turn of the head. I did not enjoy all the locks...but they are the things that make boat travel possible...so. Cabins great, kitchen and living area and upper deck just great. This was my best vacation in 66 years

The boat was exceptionally clean inside and out when we collected it at Dinan. The gentleman from Le Boat who greeted us was a great help getting our luggage on board. We contacted Le Boat once during our sail to ask how to contact a lock-keeper. The response was quite abrupt, but we did get the answer. Everything about the boat worked well, including the Wifi. We feel we should have had the £100 repeat customer discount which we have had before, but were told by the UK office that we couldn't have it as we already had a good deal? We also tried to book WiFi through the UK office but were told it wasn't available from Dinan. So we emailed the local French office who supplied the WiFi gadget on our arrival-thankyou. The Le Boat team at Messac were jolly and made disembarking as painless as possible. We hope to return to Messac next year. Boat was great, Brittany lock-keepers were all excellent.

Service was excellent throughout the process...during booking, at the departure base and at the arrival base. Although it's not the newest model, the Salsa is my favorite. I especially like the open layout with the galley and main saloon. Plus I like the double doors the open from the main saloon and the bow seat. The top deckis also very spacious and comfortable for large groups.

Our welcome at Messac was great, The team were friendly and very helpful, they told us where to find a great supermarket and Paul demonstrated the boat beautifully even took us through our first lock ! The manual was extremely helpful with the route which included everything of interest along the way. We would definitely book with Le Boat again in a different location in France.

Every leBoat person we connected with was friendly, encouraging, patient and very, very helpful, whether by phone and email to two women in the Canadian office for our booking, or to quite a few at the Casale base (enthusiastic and encouraging orientation from Gloria and Luka, and an easy and friendly checkout from two other men whose names I unfortunately didn't get). Comments about the boat are included in "Casale sul Sile" section
