the people helping out were friendly and accommodating. my only concern was the quality of the onboard introduction by the young man. He spoke a bit to fast and with english his second language, it made understanding even more difficult. The intro was also not thorough enough. fortunately, I have boating experience and was able to fill in the gaps. everything else was great except for loose toilet seat and a light that was randomly short out. it was perfect for 2 couples

Very helpful English speaking staff. Clean, new boats. Fun vacation through scenic countryside and beautiful medieval towns.
We're so happy you had a wonderful time and enjoyed your vacation! Our 2019 brochure is available now. Where will you go next year?  ;)

attention to detail, staff who genuinely wanted to do a good job instead of filling in time to get a paycheck this boat was perfect size for us and was very easy to handle. Some of the bigger boats with more people needed extra time to get through narrow sections. I noticed people on larger boats continually using side thrusters to steer. This is wrong and will burn the motors out. All they need to do is slow down, take their time and enjoy the ride. People from big cities wanna go go go rather than slow down and unwind a bit

The arrival experience from all staff was excellent, the explanations and questions answered were superb. The boat was better than we expected in that it was very easy to use and maintain with all mod cons on board.

We had a very positive experience at both Tannay and Meginnes. Staff were helpful and as we had traveled with Le Boat previously were happy for us just to have a refresher briefing and lesson. Checkout was easy the night before we left as we had to catch an early train. We loved the Corvette and it was our second time with this boat (yes the exact one). Although there was only 2 of us on board, having the extra space for our luggage and extra bathroom was a great bonus. We liked the way we could easily get our bikes off the Corvette. They could easily be stowed on the back deck but still allow us to walk around the whole boat if needed. The kitchen was small but very functional and the cute little oven even allowed us to attempt Duck L'Orange.

Second time we have used them, staff in France and England couldn't have been more helpful. The vessel was as described in the brochure, well equipped. The only thing missing was the sun and can't fault Le Boat for that! Comfortable, well equipped for 4 people.
Dear Miss Spratt,
Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We are delighted to learn you enjoyed your holiday with us and were satisfied with the customer service  you received and your boat. We have forwarded your positive comments to our sales team and base staff.
In future, if you would like a cruise with less locks we recommend the Camargue as there are very few locks here. Also, another good option is visiting the Canal du Midi and doing a Homps return, cruising towards Beziers as this is a very beautiful part of the canal with only 2 locks to go through.
We hope to welcome you on board with us again soon.
Best wishes, The Le Boat team.

We had to wait around for about an hour & a half in Homps for a staff member to instruct us. Also they had no record of us having paid in full, fortunately we had the printout with us. Apart from these two things, the four of us enjoyed the experience very much. Good size for four people

Le Boat's service was great. We were received at St. Gilles and the staff there were incredibly helpful at all times. We had to contact them almost on a daily basis for a number of reasons, and at all times were received with great patience and never left to feel that we were being unreasonable or asking for the impossible. Good accommodation. The galley was easily got too and had everything we needed for our week. It was easy to handle and everyone had a chance to skipper the boat.
