Ordered 4 bikes, one flat tyre day one, rang for replacement and no interest in replacing. Whole week with family having one person staying on boat and not able to join in rides to wineries etc. stuffed our holiday. Boat steering leaking, clean up top deck and in Saloon and of course steering not the best. Inverter not working so could only power up cameras and computer on shore power. Information books not up to date, poorly compiled, not good enough. Loved the boat and set up. Beds etc very comfortable and better than our hotel stays. Whole family though boat was great.

Helpful friendly staff. We needed to leave early and even though it was a Sunday people came to help us. The boat itself was well equipped and easy to handle. Very comfortable only criticism was the size of the table on the upper outside deck, it got in the way!

We had to change the dates of our trip and they were very accomodating. We ordered cushions for the top deck and didn't get them but we should have asked. We managed without them

The lady where we picked up the boat and dropped it off, was very helpful. When we had trouble with the motor the one day the technician was there first thing in the morning to fix the problem. No complaints. We really appreciated the fans in the rooms as it was very hot. The fridge was a nice size. Would be nice to have some kind of fridge/cooler box on the top deck.

Detailed information on how many lochs and town facilities on the canals was very hard to get and made planning for a family difficult. Good info once on boat but would have been better to have that level of detail earlier. Boat would have been easier to steer if there was a notch or bump when rudder was straight Not the coolest looking boat but practical and roomy. Bow thruster very helpful. Liked having the bow deck.

Laurie was great in the reservation office. She knew of our reservation, happily answered our questions, and came up solutions when the canal we planned to travel was damaged due to a 50 year. flood. They even gave us a larger boat to travel the Loire Valley. Great size boat! It was spacious for the 4 of us. It was easy to maneuver. The showers were warm. It was very comfortable. It was a memorable trip. We loved having the bikes on back to pop off & go for a ride on the bike path. Cruising through the small villages was relaxing & charming. We are so glad we did the one way. It keeps it interesting. The people manning the locks are great! We would highly recommend it!
