The communication and information from Sydney was clear and timely. Dealing with quotes and payments was simple. Service was always friendly.
Reasonably priced, good value holiday shared with another couple. Includes transport and accommodation so all we needed to provide was food and drinks
We had a wonderful cruise on the Shannon.
Really good follow up when using Tesco Clubcard vouchers. Diffetent people on our trip kept adding on vouchersvsnd it was a smoth process. Answered all my questions on the phone with patience.
Old boat but cheap and clean enough. The heating didn't work and with a 8week year old baby on board this was not ideal .

The staff in the office and the man who showed us around the boat were great, however we did experience an issue with a continuous high pitched screeching noise, so much so that we could not stay indoors, whilst the engine was running. We used the emergency contact number on the Sunday and were put through to an engineer at Carrick-on-Shannon who advised that 'it would go away!' Which it did not and had to put up with the noise for over 36 hours and were continually checking the dial, in case the engine overheated. When we arrived at Portumna, we were advised that we should have added water to a part and this would have solved the problem, which was extremely frustrating and an inconvenience.
The boat had minor leaks, but the staff was very helpful.
