About Elegance

Sleeping a maximum of six, the Elegance boasts three staterooms each fitted with single beds that convert to doubles, allowing sleeping flexibility on your boat vacations. The cabins and three bathrooms with showers are all forward of the generous saloon with its two dining tables and glass sliding patio doors.

  • The spacious sundeck is fitted with comfortable molded love seats and a table for alfresco dining
  • A steering position on the sundeck assures maximum visibility
  • Walk through the saloon to a lovely aft deck with stairs leading to the sundeck
  • Swimmers will love the full-width bathing platform at the back of the boat, which also makes it easier to get on and off at the dock
  • The forward deck is great for sunbathing
  • A safe is aboard for your convenience and security

From booking, check-in, handling lesson, information provided, return and check out the whole process was easy, hassle free and super enjoyable. We will 100% be back for another trip. Keep an eye on the website as there is often great intensives available. If you're worried about piloting a boat, don't be. After our lesson I was extremely confident in going out on our Elegance 14 metre boat and with bow thruster the handling of the boat was a doddle. The boat was a joy to pilot and had ample accommodation. Love the patio doors at the rear and when we re-book we will definetly be looking out for this very snazzy looking boat!

This was our first time with the Le Boat and the first time we ever took a boat trip. We’re a family of 5 and we spent 4 days on Lough Derg in Ireland in September and everything was perfect! From the booking experience, the emails and info before departure, the welcome and greeting when we arrived, the pre departure walkthrough and training, the boat the finally the checkout. We had a fabulous trip and Le Boat did everything right:-) The boat was very good, everything was clean except the under the benches on the top deck.

The whole booking, payment and administration process was painless and efficient. Great boat, easy to handle and very comfortable for 5 people. Starter battery charging system not functioning properly. Had to replace battery at Homps. Battery again flat when we reached Trebes.

From the minute we landed at Le Boat office at Laroche-Migenne until the minute we handed over the keys and signed everything off we had a wonderful experience from all the staff. Just a few minor hiccups regarding the bikes but that was rectified swiftly. The instructions we received from Dominique on how to drive the boat were thorough and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Alise In the office was wonderful as well, very welcoming and caring. We loved the boat and she ran very smoothly for us...so easy to drive.

This is the 4th time we have used Le Boat. They know what needs to be done and they certainly appear to be good at doing it. The service from booking to boarding in Fontenoy Le Chateau was seamless. We had a problem with a faulty water meter so ran out of water. Unfortunately our call was after hours and the service operator spoke only French - so our problem remained unresolved until the following day. The staff are excellent. A taxi was not available to take us to the railway station on St Jean de Losne, so a staff member transported us to the station. Brilliant!! The itinerary work out well with the cruising distance just right for 7 days. The Elegance is an excellent, well-fitted out boat for 4 people. Although it has 3 cabins we used one cabin for our luggage. Most fortunately we were blessed by beautiful weather.

Professional and friendly team waited for us, and we got a clean, nice and well-prepared boat. The instructions and the demo of the boat were very useful, and we could return to Nieuwport after the trip without any problem or difficulty. Our boat was very convenient, well equipped and clean. We rented an Elegance in Belgium from Rick - the REAL muscles from Brussels! Rick had fantastic advice and tips - listen to him! (He'll help you set up an awesome trip / agenda) The boat had one small issue fixed within 3 hours of the call - Voila! Get the bikes- you won't regret it. I would go back again right now if I could, fantastic. WOW - 2 vacations in one! Do the Brugge / Ghent side for the medieval feel and beer and then visit the Western Front lest we EVER forget!! Stunning country / people / staff - Loved it.
