The team at Laggan were fantastic. Friendly, helpful and keen for us to have a good time. Our party had a great time sailing up to Fort Augustus. We berthed there and had a pub crawl taking in the fantastic scenery.
Dear Peter, It's fantabulous to hear that you enjoyed Scotland in all its beauty and that you were taken care of by the team!! We look forward to welcoming you on board again soon. All the best The Le Boat Team

Overall very good service and experience from reception staff to marina staff. My only issue is with the condition of the shower area in the reception building. No power converter on boat, I have had smaller boats with this converter.

Fantastic service both from via email and at the base at Vinkeeven. Staff were friendly, helpful and flexible to our requirements. While not the most modern of boats, the Classique was comfortable, well laid out and easy to control.
Good Morning,
Many thanks for your review and the fantastic comments regarding our staff. Our customers' comments are very important to us and we will be sure to pass your feedback on to the relevant teams.

Very good service at both pickup and drop off locations. Some of the boats are getting a bit tired though. A bit expensive for a 10 day trip. Nice boat but getting a bit worn.
Dear Mr F,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, it is much appreciated. We are sorry you felt your boat was a bit tired. In view of your comments, we have forwarded your feedback to the base team. Over the winter months we will be conducting a huge refurbishment of our boats which will hopefully combat this issue.
We are pleased you enjoyed your holiday nonetheless and we would love to welcome you on board with us again soon.
Best wishes, The Le Boat team

The booking service from Le Boat, and all the staff at Benson were fantastic. The boat itself was a little old and worn, and was in need of a good overhaul. The lights in the rear cabins and bathrooms turned out not to work (we had lanterns) and a crack in the plastic door from the upper to lower deck meant it leaked. When we took over the boat, someone had to come back to screw the fuse panel back in as it had been left open! There is also inconsistency in the amounts charged as fuel/insurance deposit (the website quotes in Euros, but the GBP amounts are larger than the equivalent). Having used Le Boat abroad before with one of their newer 'Vision' boats, the difference in quality was substantial. For a group of 7, we preferred this over the Magnifique in terms of layout. The boat however needs a lot of attention paid and a significant overhaul to bring it in line with Le Boat's more modern boats. The boat would also really benefit from having a bow-thruster installed, which seems to be standard on most others of a similar length.
Dear Mr BThank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that some aspects of your cruise did not meet your expectation. We have taken your feedback on board. We hope to welcome you back on board with Le Boat soon. Best wishes, The Le Boat team

The staff at the Castelnaudary was very helpful when our departure was delayed due to our lost luggage. The staff at Trebes cheerfully helped us with boat problems. The Port Cassafieres base manager, Bob, was welcoming, smart and helpful. We had battery and electrical problems with our boat. It required 2 service calls. The mobile repair man, Laurent, responded quickly and was patient an helpful. Our 6th Le Boat cruise, but not our best. We were surprised that we could not rent a newer/better boat despite reserving in November. But glad to see that Le Boat is doing well. The boat was not up to par. We have rented older boats in the past, but they have been in good repair. The Classique was disappointing. - No hot water at shore power!? This should be in the boat description. - Only two electrical outlets on a boat that accommodates 8-10 people is insufficient. The outlet in the toilet room was loose and potentially unsafe...but we used it anyway. - Not all the burners worked on the stove. -The flame in the oven would not stay on more than 10 minutes and eventually did not work at all. The oven shelf would not slide out so you could not adjust the height. The freezer compartment of the fridge would not freeze. The small kitchen fan struggled to work and eventually stopped completely.
Hi Teresa, thank you for being a loyal Le Boat customer and for taking the time to leave your comments following your recent cruise. We are very sorry to hear about the problems you experienced on the Classique. It is an older and more basic style boat, however we pride ourselves on delivering well maintained boats and are sorry this was not delivered to you. Your feedback is very important to us and will help us improve our operations. We hope to welcome you back on board with your seventh cruise soon.
